Bonneveille Power Administration (BPA) proposes to construct a new communication site to increase the bandwidth on BPA’s communication system in Montana that is congested and frequently affected by extreme weather conditions. By adding a new radio station halfway between two existing radio sites that are 60 miles apart, BPA would alleviate these problems and improve reliability.
