Funding will support two efforts: 1) durability testing and analysis of battery cells outfitted with the University of Delaware's novel phosphonium based polymer hydroxide exchange membrane, and 2) creation of a batch of phosphonium based polymer hydroxide exchange membranes for use in another ARPA-E project.
