In response to Columbia Rural Electric Association’s (CREA) small generator interconnection request, Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) proposes to integrate the existing 2.25-megawatt City of Walla Walla hydro project into the Federal Columbia River Transmission System (FCRTS). The proposed point of receipt of the electricity generated from the Walla Walla hydro project is an existing tap for CREA’s distribution line at BPA’s Walla Walla substation.
