Energetics, LCC has requested to integrate its 10 Megawatt Christmas Valley Solar (Project) generation resource into Bonneville Power Administration's (BPA) balancing authority. The new generation resource would interconnect into Midstate Electric Cooperative?s (MEC) 24.9-kilovolt (kV) distribution system at MEC?s Christmas Valley Substation which connects to MEC's Christmas Valley - Fort Rock 115-kV transmission line located in Lake County, Oregon. Project generation would subsequently be integrated onto BPA's La Pine - Fort Rock 115-kV transmission line that terminates at MEC?s Fort Rock Substation. In order to integrate the proposed generation, BPA transmission services would install, own, and operate metering and telemetry equipment within MEC?s Christmas Substation, BPA's LaPine and Redmond Substations, as well as in BPA's Dittmer and Munro Control Centers.
