DOE is proposing to provide $109,300 in Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant funding to Snohomish County to purchase and install equipment to upgrade an existing oil seed crusher facility on the Cathcart campus located at 8915 Cathcart Way, Snohomish, Washington, 98296. The installation would be adjacent to an existing, county-owned biodiesel production facility.
