Western plans to install fiber optic cable on existing transmission line structures on the Boyd to Valley Transmission Line in Loveland, Colorado within Larimer County. The new cable will replace one of the existing ground wires; the wire is located on the north side of the single pole steel structures. The new cable will not be visible different from the existing ground wire.
