In order to increase the ground-to-conductor clearance of the 345-kilovolt McNary-Ross Number 1 transmission line, Bonneville Power Administration proposes to relocate structure 162/4 to a new location that is 75 feet ahead-on-line (west) of the center of the existing structure, and replace the insulator hardware that suspends the conductor on 15 structures.
