Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The proposed action would involve the development of a Tetlin Energy Efficiency and Conservation Strategy with the assistance of technical consulting services. The overall objective of the Strategy will be to identify opportunities for the Village to save energy. The Strategy will also explore the use of renewable energy as for future activities following completion of the Strategy.
