The United States Department of Energy Oak Ridge Office proposes to install an ammunition storage building and a training tower at the Central Training Facility (CTF) located on West Bear Creek Road. The existing facilities at the CTF are used for training federal and contract security personnel in the use and safe handling of firearms, security responses, and in the protection of personnel and property.
