Energy Efficiency and Conservation Block Grant Program. The Tribe would purchase one thermal imaging camera to serve as a non-invasive monitoring and diagnosing tool that would detect areas of dwelling that emit high levels of heat due to leaks in the wall/windows or poor amounts of insulation.
