Puget Sound Energy (PSE) has requested a new 115-kilovolt Point of Delivery from Bonneville Power Administration's (BPA) Olympia Substation. In order to accommodate this request, BPA will construct a new bay, including a circuit breaker and disconnect switches, within the Olympia Substation and terminate the last span of PSE's 115-kilovolt line segment at a dead end structure within the substation.
