SUBJECT: Guidance on Coding COVID-19 Related Actions and Funding in the Strategic Integrated Procurement Enterprise System (STRIPES), the Federal Procurement Data System (FPDS), FedConnect and beta.SAM.gov to Promote Full, Clear, and Consistent Transparency

SUMMARY:  

In response to the guidance identified below, this Policy Flash provides further guidance illustrating the fields that must be used to code COVID-19 related procurement actions and funding in STRIPES, FPDS, FedConnect and beta.SAM.gov. To the extent practical, COVID-19 related awards and modifications should be awarded separately from non COVID-19 actions.

We greatly appreciate the leadership, commitment, and efforts that you and your teams are taking to address the unprecedented challenges posed by COVID-19.
