SUBJECT:     Revision of DOE O 350.1, Contractor Human Resource
                      Management Programs

SUMMARY: Chapters IV, Compensation, and Chapter V, Benefits, of DOE Order 350.1, Contractor Human Resource Management Programs, have been revised as follows:.

  • Chapter IV was revised to delegate the approval of the top contractor official salary from the Senior Procurement Executive to the Heads of Contracting Activity and eliminate Form 3220.5, Application for Contractor Compensation Approval.
  • Chapter V was revised to eliminate the language referencing the "Report of Contractor Expenditures for Employee Supplementary Compensation."
