FY'22 EEO Policy Statement

On October 4, 2021, Secretary Granholm signed the 2021 DOE Policy Statement on EEO, Harassment, and Retaliation, expressing her commitment to a workplace free of unlawful discrimination, harassment, and retaliation.  Secretary Granholm set forth her expectation that each employee honor the principles of EEO in the workplace. 

DOE Equal Employment Opportunity Awards Program

The Office of Civil Rights and Equal Employment Opportunity is accepting FY ’22 nominations for the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) Awards Program to recognize individual DOE Federal supervisors, managers, or senior leaders; individual DOE Federal employees; groups of DOE Federal employees; or DOE Federal work units for their achievements, contributions, and efforts in supporting equal employment opportunity in the DOE workplace. The Program is intended to encourage continued efforts in making EEO a fundamental part of the DOE workplace culture. The award is a non-monetary, honorary one, and will include a plaque and recognition by the ED Director. Nominations for FY ’22 awards must be submitted no later than May 31, 2023.
