Site Status as of Apr. 1, 2022

The Savannah River Site (SRS) continues a deliberate process to safely resume operations that were reduced as part of the federal government's response to the COVID-19 pandemic. This phased approach considers several factors, including available health data, state and local restrictions and facility preparedness.

SRS follows CDC COVID-19 guidance and continues to implement maximum telework where possible to reduce the Site's population density.

As of April 1, there are 18 employees currently quarantined with COVID-19.
