DOE's Office of Environmental Management has announced new leadership updates, including naming Kirk Lachman manager of the Los Alamos Field Office. Lachman's selection follows a tenure as deputy manager and acting manager of CBFO. Before joining CBFO, he was the Deputy Chief for Field Operations at EM headquarters.

Lachman will replace Thomas Johnson, who has served as acting manager of EM-LA since March. Johnson will return to the Savannah River Site, where he serves as deputy manager of DOE-SR.
