The “Harnessing Hydrogen” and “Community Benefits Planning” public forums were designed by the DOE’s Office of Energy Justice and Equity (EJE) and Hydrogen Fuel Cell Technologies Office (HFTO) in collaboration with a team of Presidential Management Fellows.
