The memorandum releases the FY 2013 aggregate results for the Department's Senior Executive Service members and provides a summary of past results.  As a brief summary:

  • DOE had 34% of its executives rated Outstanding. 
  • For our career SES members, 77% received a performance bonus and with an average bonus of $10,030.
  • Approximately 83% of our executives received a performance-based pay increase with an average pay adjustment of $3,909.
