The FY 2015 performance appraisal cycle for both SES and SP members, which includes Senior Level (SL) and Scientific or Professional (ST) employees, concluded on September 30, 2015.  In order to prepare and assist with activities required for the Performance Review Board (PRB) process, the attached guidance provides business rules for assessing and rating performance and provides an overview of the responsibilities of SES and SP members, Rating Officials, Reviewing Officials, and the PRB.
