She came to DOE in 1994 after 15 years' experience with the National Labor Relations Board and was detailed to the White House to work on labor issues with the President’s Middle Class Task Force in FY2010.
Cornell University, J.D. 1978; Trinity University in San Antonio, Texas, M.A. Economics; Wellesley College, B.A. Economics. Before coming to the Department, Jean completed the course work for an LL.M. in Environmental Law (with electives in labor and employment law) from George Washington University Law School.
