The Office of Fossil Energy gives notice of receipt of an application filed on May 13, 2014, by Wentworth Gas Marketing LLC. requesting  long-term, multi-contract authorization to export domestically produced CNG obtained from the natural gas compression and container loading facility to be constructed, owned and operated by its affiliate Wentworth Compression. Wentworth Compression intends to construct the Facility on a 50-acre site near the Port of Freeport, Texas. The parcel where the Facility will be built will be leased from the Port of Freeport. The Facility will have the capacity to load up to 270 Department of Transportation-approved International Organization for Standardization (“ISO”) containers of CNG per day. Wentworth Compression will sell up to 60 Bcf per year (0.166 Bcf per day) of containerized CNG to Wentworth Gas. All of the Facility’s output would be sold to Wentworth Gas.
