The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) announces the availability of a Rule that will provide for faster approval of small-scale exports of natural gas, including liquefied natural gas (LNG), from U.S. export facilities.

The final rule published on July 25, 2018 is available in the Federal Register HERE.

The rule is effective beginning August 24, 2018.
