Mr. Leatham is an elected Labor Union Representative for the Sheet Metal Union (SMART) Local Union 103 in Eastern Idaho. His responsibilities include collective bargaining with signatory employers and maintaining a positive working relationship between employers and employees. In 1993, he obtained a Certificate of Applied Science in Health Physics from Eastern Idaho Technical College. Mr. Leatham is interested in labor and economic development issues. He resides in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
