The Department of Energy Office of Environmental Management (EM) is recruiting to fill numerous vacancies with college graduates, early career professionals, mid-career candidates and seasoned veterans.
Fostering science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) education and employment pipelines is critical to EM. The open positions offer opportunities across many different disciplines including engineering, science, business, management, safety, and information technology.

The Pathways Recent Graduates Program offers developmental opportunities for applicants who have recently graduated within the last two years from qualifying educational institutions. After completing the program, participants are eligible for conversion to full time permanent employees.

- The Presidential Management Fellows (PMF) Program is administered by the U.S. Office of Personnel Management. Each year, candidates apply to the program in efforts to be selected as Finalists. Finalists are then eligible for appointment as Presidential Management Fellows at a participating federal agency. The PMF Program is a two-year developmental opportunity for advanced degree holders across all academic disciplines and from all segments of society.
