The State Energy Program (SEP) National Training Forum is designed to educate state energy office (SEO) staff on SEP goals, operations, and special initiatives. The Forum also provides a unique opportunity for SEO staff to exchange lessons learned and best practices in the design and delivery of SEP-funded programs with peers.
