This notice clarifies criteria for evaluation of Grantee compliance with 10 CFR 440.21; simplifies the process by which Grantees submit energy audit procedures, priority lists, materials lists, and lists of general heat waste reduction measures to DOE for approval every five years pursuant to 10 CFR 440.21(i).
