For model year 2021 there were 14 different models of plug-in electric small sport utility vehicles (SUVs) available to consumers. For model year 2021, 54 plug-in electric vehicle models were available to consumers. Small sport utility vehicles led the way with 14, followed by midsize cars (10), standard SUVs (8), and others. The number of models in these vehicle classes is growing, and in upcoming model years plug-in pickup trucks will also be added to the list.
Note: Each model was only counted once. Multiple configurations of the same model were not included.
