Daniel Boff is a former analyst for the Solar Energy Technologies Office (SETO) soft cost program, providing market analysis to support Department of Energy decision makers. Dan also helped manage the soft costs team's diverse portfolio, working on projects related to solar's environmental and avian impacts, real estate, the commercial market, and data standardization.

Prior to joining SETO, Dan worked as an intern at the Solar Energy Industries Association, supporting their state policy team, and for Sol Systems, a Solar Renewable Energy Credit trader and solar project finance provider. Dan received a B.A. from the George Washington University in 2014.

Dan is a former contractor to SETO via ManTech International.
