Visit the ePX Platform and start tracking your projects today.

eProject eXpress (ePX) provides a streamlined, tailored pathway for state and local governments to document, track, and demonstrate the ongoing value of their energy savings performance contracting (ESPC) projects and programs.

Leveraging the established eProject Builder (ePB) platform—a robust online energy project data management system—ePX unlocks new capabilities to meet the unique data management and reporting needs of the municipal and state governments, universities and colleges, schools, and hospitals (MUSH) market.

Through its customized, streamlined, and secure functionality, ePX can significantly reduce MUSH market customers' costs and staff time associated with tracking ESPC project data and contractual documents. States can also leverage ePX's reporting functions to demonstrate how taxpayer dollars are being spent and the associated energy, environmental, and workforce impacts. The new suite of data entry and tracking features reinforces and illustrates the value and benefits of ESPC, which can help state and local governments unlock the estimated $66–208 billion facility energy retrofit investment opportunity remaining within the MUSH market (see Updated Estimates of the Remaining Market Potential of the U.S. ESCO Industry).

ePX is sponsored by the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) and hosted by Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBNL).
