Emiley Mallory is a North Carolina native who came to Washington to pursue her goals of becoming a communications professional. She earned her master’s in communications from Trinity Washington University. Emiley is the communications support for the Weatherization Assistance Program and has been contributing to the EERE blog since April 2015. Emiley has a background in social media and event planning, but her passion is writing. Emiley enjoys freelance writing and loves to practice her craft in her free time.
