Dr. Roshanak (Roshi) Nateghi is a AAAS Science, Technology and Policy Fellow in the U.S. Department of Energy Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy. She is working with the Emerging Technologies and Commercial Buildings Integration programs at the Building Technologies Office.

Dr. Nateghi is an Associate Professor of Industrial Engineering and the director of the Laboratory for Advancing Sustainable Critical Infrastructure at Purdue University. She also serves as a Councilor at the International Society for Risk Analysis and an Area Editor for the Mathematical Modeling and Machine Learning track in the Journal of Risk Analysis. Prior to joining Purdue University, she was a National Science Foundation Science Engineering and Education for Sustainability (NSF SEES) Fellow, jointly appointed between Resources for the Future and Johns Hopkins University. Dr. Nateghi completed her undergraduate studies in Mechanical Engineering at Imperial College London and holds an M.S.E and a Ph.D. in Environmental Systems Engineering from Johns Hopkins University.
