This course for DOE Managers and Supervisors is designed to enhance the understanding of EEO retaliation and a supervisor’s role in recognizing and preventing EEO retaliation in the workplace. Retaliation in the EEO context is generally an adverse action taken against an employee or applicant for engaging in some type of protected EEO-related activity.
