The Department has completed twenty eight Title IX compliance reviews since it initiated Title IX compliance reviews in 2005.  When DOE finds that an institution has implemented a practice that supports and enhances its compliance with Title IX, DOE will generally identify that practice as a promising practice.  DOE has developed a Publication on Title IX Promising Practices.  The Title IX promising practices identified in the Publication are derived from the Title IX compliance review reports issued by the Department to date.
