Terry Fehner is the DOE Historian and the DOE Federal Preservation Officer. As DOE Historian, he documents the Department’s history, maintains the history web page, and serves as the Department’s institutional memory. As DOE Federal Preservation Officer, he coordinates the Department’s cultural resources program.
