Now in its 18th year, Cybersecurity Awareness Month continues to raise awareness across our nation on the importance of cybersecurity. The mission is to provide Americans with practical resources and tips they can use to be safer while online.

The Department is proud to collaborate with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency and the National Cyber Security Alliance in supporting the 2021 campaign theme “Do Your Part. #BeCyberSmart.” This theme emphasizes our personal responsibility in enhancing cybersecurity behavior on behalf of the Department. Please take a moment to read the kick-off blog by Chief Information Officer Ann Dunkin and watch the campaign kick-off video by Deputy Secretary David Turk.
