Secretary Moniz to Present Project Management Reforms to the National Academy of Public Administration

WASHINGTON— On Thursday, January 15, Energy Secretary Ernest Moniz will give a speech at the University Club hosted by the National Academy of Public Administration (NAPA), where he will outline project management reforms recently implemented at the U.S. Department of Energy. Following his speech, Secretary Moniz will participate in a moderated discussion.

In August 2013, The Secretary established a special project management working group that included experts from across the Department on the topic. This group’s in-depth analysis culminated in a new report titled: Improving Project Management. The Secretary will discuss the findings of the report and his vision for enhancing project management at the Department.
