Now everyone can feature the U.S. Energy Information Administration’s (EIA) Today in Energy content on their website and favorite social networking sites. Today in Energy, the agency’s education product published every weekday, highlights current energy issues, topics, and data trends in short articles written in plain language. EIA has banners and widgets in different colors and sizes to fit many different websites.
These web-based widgets are a small chunk of code that displays content from an online source, and can be inserted into a blog, web page, or social networking page with a simple copy and paste, just like I've done at the top of this post.
Go to EIA’s outreach page for Today in Energy widgets, and EIA badges and banners.
The U.S. Energy Information Administration (EIA) is the statistical and analytical agency within the U.S. Department of Energy. EIA is the Nation's premier source of energy information and, by law, its data, analyses, and forecasts are independent of approval by any other officer or employee of the U.S. Government.
