For Loan Guarantees

• To apply, follow instructions listed on the MS Word version of the solicitation.

For Tax Credits

• To apply for 1603 Grants-In-Lieu-Of-Tax-Credits, follow the Treasury Department's instructions.
• To apply for 48C Tax Credits, follow the 48C Tax Credit instructions.

For Grants

• The registraion process for grants requires multiple steps prior to submission, so please plan in advance as late applications will not be accepted. For some applications a Letter of Intent, pre-applications, and concept papers must be filed prior to the final deadline. These will all be specified within the actual solicitations.
  • To access the complete posting, follow the steps below:
  • Select the appropriate industial sector page listed above (“Solar”, “Wind”, etc)
  • Click on the title of the appropriate grant.
  • You will be redirected to the solicitations’ page on FedConnect.
  • On the right side of the screen, click on “BODY” under the “Solicitation” or “Amendment” folder; if multiple amendments exist, click on the most recent award amendment.
  • Follow the directions listed in the document.
  • You cannot apply directly from energy.gov/recovery.
