EXS-16-0007 - In the Matter of Tektronix, Inc

On February 17, 2016, OHA denied an Application for Stay filed by Tektronix, Inc. (Tektronix). Tektronix requested a stay of enforcement of DOE's Energy Conservation Standards for External Power Supplies (Conservation Standards), with respect to 14 external power units produced by the firm.  However, OHA found that Tektronix’s Application for Stay failed to specifically address any of the five criteria OHA is required to consider in making a decision regarding an Application for Stay pursuant to 10 CFR § 1003.43(b).

On February 17, 2016, OHA denied an Application for Stay filed by Fluke Corporation (Fluke).
