WASHINGTON, DC – On Wednesday, April 30, 2008, U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Under Secretary Clarence “Bud” Albright, Jr. will deliver keynote remarks at the National Energy Marketers Association (NEM) 11th Annual Membership Meeting and Energy Restructuring Forum in Washington, DC.
