Lessons Learned Quarterly Report, December 2011

This issue celebrates the revision of DOE’s NEPA regulations, which became effective on November 14, 2011. The culmination of a 2-year rulemaking process, the regulations establish 20 new categorical exclusions and revise other provisions to promote efficiency and transparency.
