Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement for the Non-Contiguous United States
The First Responder Network Authority (FirstNet) in the U.S. Department of Commerce has prepared a Draft Programmatic Environmental Impact Statement (PEIS) to analyze the potential environmental impacts of a proposal to design, deploy and operate the Nationwide Public Safety Broadband Network.
