Sutter Power Project
Western Area Power Administration (WAPA) issued a Final EIS that evaluated the potential environmental impacts of WAPA’s decision to support Calpine Corporation to construct an electric generating facility and associated 230-kilovolt transmission line, approximately 3.5 miles in length, known as the Sutter Power Project. The Final EIS presents a summary of the Draft EIS and incorporates the Draft EIS into the Final EIS.
