Western Area Power Administration (Western) Eastern Colorado Maintenance Office proposes to rebuild 2.1 miles of its 115-kilovolt transmission line between the Wray Substation and the Wray Tri-State Generation and Transmission Association, Inc., substation in eastern Colorado. The rebuild project is part of Western's ongoing planned maintenance and would replace in-kind 18 aging (constructed circa 1949) H-frame wood pole structures and two dead-end structures.
