The purpose of this project is to test a new design Rotary Steerable Tool (TP RS) that will drill a vertical hole by detecting hole deviation and correcting back to vertical. This test will coordinate with an ongoing drilling operation to allow the insertion of the TP RS tool downhole to accumulate a few hours of drilling time and footage as allowed in the cost estimate with minimal disruption of operations. Associated operations will be tripping, make up of Partner tools and insertion into bottom hole assembly (BHA), tripping, drilling, tripping, breakdown, laydown, and load out of Partner tools. Rocky Mountain Oilfield Testing Center (RMOTC) ongoing drilling operations will then continue.
