Initial Meeting of Representatives from LANL, LASO, and HS-45 To Review Progress and Issues with the Implementation of the LANL Worker Exposure Assessment Process [HIAR LANL-2012-07-11]

This Independent Activity Report documents an operational awareness oversight activity conducted by Office of Health, Safety and Security's Office of Safety and Emergency Management Evaluations on July 11, 2012, at the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL).  The activity consisted of a meeting among industrial hygiene representatives from the Office of Safety and Emergency Management Evaluations, the Los Alamos Site Office, and the Laboratory to discuss that status of the LANL industrial hygiene exposure assessment program and review and comment on recent developments in the program to fully address weaknesses identified from the Office of Health, Safety and Security's 2007 Environment, Safety and Health Program Inspection.
