How do I get assistance if I have questions?

For questions or concerns about the OLC contact your local OLC Administrator or contact the OLC Helpdesk at EnergyOLC@hq.doe.gov or call 1-866-566-0060 (Monday – Friday 8:00am – 8:00pm EST).

How do I set up my OLC account (Federal Employee)?

If you are a Federal Employee your account will automatically be set up within 4-6 weeks of your hiring date.

How do I set up my OLC account(Contractor/Student/Military Employee)?

If you are a contractor/student/military employee who has been told to take mandatory training contact the helpdesk for an Access Request Form.

How do I know who my OLC Administrator is?

Click the "OLC Administrator List" link on the OLC Login Page (https://olc.energy.gov/learning/user/login.jsp)
