DOE Awards Task Order for Lexington Project Office Audit

Cincinnati - The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) Office of Environmental Management
today awarded a task order to KPMG LLP, of McLean, Virginia to perform audit services for the
Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office in Lexington, Kentucky. The task order has an approximate
value of $2.9 million over a two-year performance period.

This was a competitive time-and-materials task order awarded under the General Services
Administration’s Multiple-Award Schedules Program. KPMG will provide audit services that
include, incurred costs audits, disclosure statement reviews and cost impact evaluations of the
Portsmouth/Paducah Project Office.
