Energy Savings Performance Contract Federal Project Executives

Federal project executives (FPEs) help agencies launch energy savings performance contract (ESPC) projects. FPEs assist agencies by:

  • Explaining performance contracting to site staff and management
  • Determining whether a ESPC project is feasible
  • Forming an agency acquisition team
  • Determining agency project decision makers
  • Partnering with energy service companies.
