The Office of Business Services provides leadership, policy guidance, and technical advice to Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) managers, supervisors, and employees on a broad range of mission drivers including human capital, corporate learning, performance management, logistics, acquisitions, travel, and security.

Our Services

The Customer Service Center (CSC) provides a variety of services to EERE employees. These services can be requested online through the CSC icon located on each EERE employee's desktop. The CSC system has been designed to accommodate staff needs in a timely manner, provide feedback on actions taken to complete requests, and give customers the ability to comment on CSC service.

To use this service, click the CSC icon on the desktop, complete the required fields, and submit the request. The request will be routed to the appropriate CSC specialist for action. The CSC can handle a wide variety of requests for services and products including:

  • Building repairs
  • Conference management
  • Telephone functions (voice mail, etc.)
  • Office moves
  • Furniture needs
  • Property management
  • Property passes
  • Business cards
  • Door signs
  • Cell phones
  • Space management
  • Blackberries
  • Telephone directory/people locator
